Ceremonies of HALMAS Launching & HALMAS Certification Awards to techpark@enstek was performed at KL Hilton on 7 June 2010
techpark@enstek is now a Halal Park with HALMAS status awardeds by Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC). HALMAS status is an accreditation given to Halal Park Operators who have complied with the requirements under the HDC Designated Halal Park Development Guidelines. With the HALMAS status, the Operators, Industry Player and Logistics Operators can enjoy incentives provided by HDC.
TH Properties together with HDC hosted a joint event "HALMAS Launching & HALMAS Certification Awards to techpark@enstek" on the 7th of June 2010 in Kuala Lumpur. The Certificate Award ceremony was witnessed by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Jacob Dungau Sagan, Deputy Minister II of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

Pakistan's Getz Pharma To Invest Over US$45 Million In Malaysia

CHICAGO, May 5 (Bernama) -- Pakistan's largest branded generic pharmaceutical company, Getz Pharma (Pte) Ltd, plans to invest over US$45 million (US$1=RM3.20) in Malaysia for research and development, production and commercialisation of sterile injectables and other biopharmaceutical products.
The undertakings would be done via its Malaysian outfit, Getz Pharma Malaysia Sdn Bhd, it was announced by Malaysian Biotechnology Corp (BiotechCorp) at Malaysian Pavilion at the BIO International Convention here yesterday.

Coca-Cola to see more fizz with RM1b plans

By EUGENE MAHALINGAM PETALING JAYA: The Coca-Cola Co is setting up a 123,024 sq m bottling plant at Bandar Enstek’s techpark in Nilai due to attractive logistics costs and a “tight timeline.” In an e-mail to StarBiz yesterday, Coca-Cola Pacific Group communications director Kenth Kaerhoeg said: “Our selection of location was mainly driven by a list of criteria, including transportation/logistics costs for raw materials and finished products and ready to develop freehold land with a tight timeline to have the plant operating by end-2011.” Click here to read more
